2019年10月15日，新疆农业大学交通与物流工程学院实习基地签约仪式在新疆农业大学交通与物流工程学院会议室举行，我公司受邀参加此次签约仪式，由副总经理张玮带队参加，是六家参与签约的公司内唯一一家民营国际物流企业。校企合作是近年高校探索培养适合社会需求人才的新模式及途径，既可实现校企协同育人，又可实现校企优质资源共享，实现双方共赢。通过与学校共建实习基地，不仅可以为企业找到合适的人才，学校也可以通过输出学生扩大学校社会影响力，另一方面通过企业对人才的选择又可以完善学校的教学方案，优化教学，增强学生适应企业岗位的能力，更好实现就业。我公司也希望通过自身的努力，为国际物流业人才的培养出力担责。
